    1.I made a mistake with my order and it’s status says Shipped, what should I do?

    If the shoes have already left then we can not make changes to the order. Please wait until you receive your shoes, then email us at pinkfootwear@hotmail.com !

    *we do not make refund  if you pick wrong shoe size**
     
    *We do exchange the shoe size  if it is your fault.
     
    2..How long will it take before I receive my order?

    ALL SHIPPING IS FREE!

    All shoes are shipped directly from China. All shoes are shipped with www.usps.com only.

    There is 3-5 business days processing period once payment is received. Once shoes are shipped , You will get an email from us with tracking number so you may track your order.   You will have your products within 5-14 business days (not counting weekends or Holidays). Most orders are processed and received by customers within 10 days . Some orders may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstance. 

    WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES. ANY UNCLAIMED PACKAGED WILL NOT BE RESENT FREE! MAKE SURE THAT YOU GIVE A VALID ADDRESS WHEN ORDERING, AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE AVAILABLE TO CLAIM YOUR PACKAGE. WE WILL NOT RESEND ORDERS RETURNED DUE TO BEING UNCLAIMED BY CUSTOMERS! THERE WILL BE CHARGE OF $25 PER PAIR TO RESEND THEM.

    We will not ship C.O.D.  - Shoes are not available for local pick up!

    3.How are shoes packaged?

    Purchases are shipped directly from one of our independent distributors, and are all packaged in its original box. Be aware that shoe boxes sometimes become damaged due to poor handling by shipping agents.

     

    4.Exchanges policy -

    All exchanges must be addressed within 7 days of receiving products. In order to make an exchange, all shoes must be in original, unworn, dead stock condition, with original packing or you will not qualify for an exchange. Exchanges can only be made if the products were factory defects and/or it was under our mistake.

    Unacceptable reasons for exchange are customer chose wrong size/wrong color/wrong style/customer decides no longer wants.

    We will exchange if we sent incorrect products or products are factory defective. A 15% Restocking Fee MAY Be Applied To Exchanges Depending On Each Circumstance; It May Be Waived Depending On The Circumstance Of The Order.

    5.Returns Policy

    all exchanges can be accepted within 7days of receiving shoes,
                                                            
    1.we are committed to your complete satisfaction. You must contact us before sending the items back , All items sent back to us must be in their original condition.I.E not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
     
    2. if you order shoes from us, the shoes dont fit you to wear after you receive it, we also can supply you exchange another size, tks, once we received the shoes you returned, we will resend the shoes to you again with another size you want,  and the return shipping fee you need to pay.

    3. If returning items for a refund, we dont supply full refund. all returned items are subjet to a 15% returning fee, Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
     
    4. We don’t cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and  handling costs, Additionally,we recommend that you add  tracking and insurance for your own protection.as we can`t be responsible for lost shipments.
